Parque Dénia is located on the Costa Blanca of Spain, on the road from Dénia to Jávea, just 500 meters from the sea, just at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park and very close to the Marine Reserve of the Cabo de San Antonio.

Built on an area of ​​about 20,000 m2, with more than 70% of green areas, the architecture and open spaces maintain a perfect balance of colors, decoration and gardens that are fully integrated into the natural environment.

The complex has spacious apartments and bungalows (duplex townhouses), fully equipped and with magnificent sea views. Access for the disabled, pets allowed, change of apartment and week for a minimum price, laundry for 7 euros, restaurant next to the pool, playground for children, and two swimming pools (adults and children) with lifeguard, very quiet , free parking in the complex.

It is a terraced bungalow with two floors with capacity for 6 people. On the ground floor is the kitchenette, a toilet, the living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a terrace. And the first floor has two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), terrace and bathroom.

The townhouses are located just above the pools of the complex and are fully furnished and equipped. They have cleaning service twice a week. The maintenance fee is € 420 per year in quarterly installments of € 105 (per week).
